Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
* Be unused and in its original condition
* Include all original packaging and accessories
* Not show signs of misuse or damage
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, products that have been used or installed cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
