Is this the handheld version or does it replace my fixed shower head?
This is a handheld shower head that comes with a 59" stainless steel hose and wall mount, so you can use it handheld or mounted — giving you flexibility your fixed shower head doesn't.
How many filters come in the box, and how long will they last me?
Your kit includes 10 replacement filters, each lasting approximately 2-3 months depending on your water quality — that's up to 20+ months of filtered water from one order.
What's the difference between the 3 spray modes?
Rain Simulation for a full, even rinse. Nebula Soft for a gentler, sensitive-skin-friendly mist. Hybrid Flow for a deeper, more massaging spray.
Does the scalp massage bristle attachment come off, or is it built in?
The bristled spray face is part of the shower head itself — no separate attachment needed, so you get the massage effect with every use automatically.
Will this fit my shower if I already have a handheld system?
Eylra fits standard 1/2" universal shower arm threads, which covers the vast majority of existing setups — no adapter needed in most cases.
